Advances in the Realm of Hydrogeophysics
Published on by Ron Wey, Integrative Technologies International (ITI) - Director of Business Development in Technology
Today, a number of techniques are commonly employed help to reveal the groundwater secrets of the earth in both remote and water-stressed regions of our planet. The application of “ hydrogeophysics ”, as it is called, to real-world challenges regarding the sustainable development of groundwater resources provides hope and prosperity to those requiring access to its life-sustaining and economic-generating properties .
“ADVANCES IN THE REALM OF HYDROGEOPHYSICS: The Emerging Role of Quantum Geoelectrophysics in Aquifer Exploration”
Summary: This foundational paper describes the evolution of an emerging field of geophysics that ITI is calling, Quantum Geolectrophysics (QGEP). The nearly 100 year history, fundamentals, the three Quantum Direct Matter Indicator (QDMI) technologies that evolve naturally from research and development of QGEP, is discussed. A case study is presented for finding and developing water for a large Mexican Water and Soda company that hi lights the effectiveness, efficiency, economy, and environmentally friendly applications of IEM Methodologies, Traditional and QDMI Technologies; and ITI Project Implementation Strategies for natural resource evaluation, exploration and development. IEM methodologies and QDMI technologies have been applied in over 50 countries and 500 projects globally involving hydrocarbons, onshore and offshore; minerals and metals; water aquifers and geothermal sources; as well as special QDMI Engineering applications (civil, environmental, other)
