Global Water Security: How IAHR can contribute
The present issue of Hydrolink includes several articles that discuss different issues and aspects of Water Security, and report on efforts to strengthen IAHR´s activities in this field. A major issue among those in the impact of climate change and water security at different levels through its effects on infrastructure, decision-making governance, water justice. In response to this challenge engineers and scientists are called to work harder to contribute to adaptation and mitigation measures and help improve governance.
