Vogelsang to Present Mobile and ​Stationary ​Disposal ​Solutions for ​Wastewater ​

Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG is known for developing, producing and distributing technically high-quality machines that are easy to maintain. This week at the event in Berlin, they will present RoadPump solutions for hygienic wastewater disposal from busses.

The system is available in three series. The RoadPump Eco is a mobile wastewater disposal system that provides a cost-effective solution for smaller bus companies. The RoadPump Easy is designed as a stationary system which can also, in addition to wastewater disposal, supply buses with flushing water. The RoadPump Plus is suitable for a gas station and truck stop operators. In addition to the flushing system, it also has a drinking water filling system and was awarded the "bus planner Innovation Prize" 2018 in the workshop category for its innovative concept.

Odorless disposal: Suction nozzle BusPlug

For emptying the wastewater tank, all systems can be connected to the CollectingMax drip pan, which collects the wastewater discharged according to the conventional method. The wastewater is then pumped into the sewer system or into an intermediate tank and transported to the sewage treatment plant. Wastewater disposal is particularly fast, clean and hygienic in combination with the BusPlug, the patented suction nozzle for waste holding tanks in the bus. The BusPlug connects the bus toilet tank and extraction station with a hose. Vogelsang thus creates a continuous disposal system that prevents the contamination of the immediate environment and unpleasant odors.

Robust rotary lobe pump for smooth pumping

All RoadPump systems are equipped with a Vogelsang VX series rotary lobe pump, which is particularly compact and robust. The pump is resistant to foreign matter. Thus, toilet paper and foreign objects in the wastewater have no influence on the operation of the rotary lobe pump.
