Alejandro Salar Silvestre, SWDP MANAGER at SACYR AGUA

About

Qualified as a MSc Bachelor Degree in Civil & Hydraulic Engineering, my professional career began in 1998 and since then I have gone through several steps in the organisational structure of the construction companies I have been part of.
I have always been involved in the production process of projects and works, managing a multitude of contracts, with a greater presence of hydraulic, water treatment and environmental projects.
During my time as Technical Director at CYSUR Obras y Medio Ambiente (CYES Group), I was in charge of execution contracts and tender studies and projects until I finally took on commercial and management tasks for the delegation.
Subsequently, I worked in Morocco and Algeria as Project Manager and Business Development, carrying out various large-scale projects such as the Mahouane DWTP, the TAPIDOR factory and the Ain M'Lila WWTP.
Back in Spain, I carried out several contracts such as the Extension of the WWTP of La Llagosta (DAM) and the Extension of the WWTP of Almansa, the Rehabilitation of the Dock n°4 of the Port of Alicante and several minor contracts and study of tenders as hydraulic technical manager in CHM Obras e Infraestructuras. I am currently managing the O&M contract for the Skikda Desalination Plant (Algeria) with SACYR WATER.
