My name is Asmare Adegeh, I have Master degree in Environment and Land Resource Management, and Bsc degree in Natural Resource Management. I have 14 year professional work experience in the area of Environmental Conservation, Natural Resource Management, Ecosystem & Biodiversity Conservation, Soil study in Agriculture, Environmental Protection, Climate Change Resilience and Livelihood improvement projects. I am Senior Environmental Consultant certified by Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEFCC). My interests are environmental sustainability, sustainable land management, natural resource conservation, climate change mitigation & adaptation and forest development etc. I have always a seeking for the environment and willingness to work with vulnerable communities. I have been working deeply on environmental safeguards, natural resource conservation, sustainable land management, climate change mitigation and climate smart agriculture projects. I have been working for government organizations project on environmental protection, climate change, sustainable natural resource management, climate change adaptation and mitigation, water and irrigation development, awareness creation, engage and support rural communities to mitigate climate change effect. Currently, I am working as a Senior Environmental & Social Safeguard Specialist for World Bank financing Safety Net project under Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure Development in Ethiopia.
