About

I am a highly proactive and results-oriented Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), and Environmental
Public Health expert with a demonstrated history of working in public health emergencies, strong
analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in team leadership and process
improvement related to national and global emergencies. While working on numerous projects in
leadership positions with the Liberian Ministry of Health and the National Public Health Institute of Liberia
(NPHIL), I gained valuable experiences in disease outbreak investigation, Dead Body Management (DBM)
through safe and dignified burial, coordination with Incident Management System (IMS), planning,
implementation, and monitoring of environmental health interventions in health facilities and
communities, Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) in health facilities, Precautionary Observation Centers
(PoCs), and Ebola Treatment Units (ETUs); capacity building of health workers and communities to break
the chain of infection during an emergency, coordinating WASH cluster during emergency, etc. I am highly
skilled in hygiene promotion, stakeholder engagement;
the conduct of emergency WASH assessment in health facilities, including leading fumigation exercises
aimed at vector control, utilizing tools such as WASH for Health Facility Improvement (WASHFIT). In
addition, I am well-versed in coordinating with other organizational bodies such as UNICEF, WHO, USAID,
etc. to perform specialized work and cross-collaboration to reach target goals.
