About
Dr. Santhana Krishnan is a full-time post-doctoral researcher in Energy Engineering at the PSU Energy System Research Institute at the Prince of Songkla University, Hatyai, Thailand, since April 2021. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering in 2017 at the University of Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Biotechnology. Dr. Santhana has worked as a Senior Research Analyst for a few of India’s leading corporate Techies for 5 years after completing his master’s degree. In Feb 2018, he went to the University of Technology Malaysia, Malaysia, for the 3 years post doc on Hythane Energy scale up and commercialization.His main areas of research are energy/environment, fermentation, wastewater engineering, bioelectrochemical systems, microbial bioprocess, nanomaterial synthesis for energy and water applications, resource recovery, bioreactors development, chemicals/biotransformation, and bio-productsInformation
