Been trying to figure a way to transfer water to California from states that flood by using pump stations, piping, and reservoirs, tanks, etc., to solve farming drought. It would involve the co-operation from all states involved but could be beneficial from flooded states to drought ridden states. Maybe give farmed foods a discount to states in-between for use of the pipe line going through their state. Tried to contact certain key players in these states with no luck. Am I wrong? Thanks to all.
