The link is shown below: http://www.stmjournals.com/index.php?journal=JoRSG&page=article&op=view&path%5B%5D=7983 ; This is an "Out-of-the-Box" solution when we were constrained by spatial resolution of India's earth observation Cartosat satellite images as well as constrained to procure high-quality images from international market. Until the onset of satellite monitoring, this project Bhima LIS was about to be declared as completed. But then, thanks to French Pleadas Satellite uploaded in Google Earth, it gave completely a different picture. The results are there to see in the paper regarding the reality of Irrigation Potential created in this case study.
