Something similar happened in the past years also, the common citizen is living in the dirtiest environment. There is a lot of air pollution around it, its drinking water is never tested and even if it is tested, it is put on the back burner. No one is aware of it. In such a situation, civil law or social law should be implemented very strictly for the interests of the citizens or keeping in mind the health of the general public.
A citizen should know what is the pollution index of the environment around him and whether he is getting pure food or pure water.
Even if a citizen informs the government at his own level, then the government documents and data in government work are manipulated due to which neither the government nor the common man gets proper and appropriate information.
Health or life indices as may be required in all major offices. These should be displayed. So that every person can be aware of it. Is our government really able to do anything for us and our health or are we able to live in a healthy environment or not?
This thinking is not for any one country. It is for all countries and it should be implemented in a very good manner in all countries. So that the health and environment of the general public can be protected.
