A Bachelor’s degree in combination with additional 2 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the Master’s degree. Experience Minimum 5 years practical experience in the design, construction and operation of black and grey wastewater management infrastructure including complete sewage treatment facilities, oxidation lagoons, septic tanks, soakaways, pumps, filters, screens and membranes are required.Experience in the installation and operation of semi-portable wastewater treatment units is desirable.Experience in wastewater chemical and bacteriological analysis.Experience in working in developing countries.Experience in supervising and training technicians and laborers. Languages Fluency in oral and written English is required. Working knowledge of French and/or Arabic is desirable. Contract type, level and duration Contract type: Individual Contractor Agreement Contract level: International Specialist level 2 (IICA 2) Contract duration: 1 year renewable subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
