We received a letter today from our Zurich City Water Utility that suggested that we check our water usage or check for leaks as it it very high compared to neighbors and our historical usage trend! They were right, we found a leak and the plumber comes tomorrow to fix it. How many Utilities offer such a service. I must say would have been better to email to save all the paper that they sent in regular mail...but still impressive.

  1. We offer our customers a choice on how they want to receive notices like the one above; via text, email or paper mail.  Most of our customers prefer text message. We send out messages for high usage, billing notices, leak repairs, etc... Our customers really like the interaction.
