Then REACH: Improving water security for the poor programme is looking for 12 young professionals with no more than five years of professional experience to form a Junior Global Advisory Panel. The panel will provide strategic and independent advice, acting as the creative engine and ambassador of the REACH programme. Members can be from any region in the world and from varying professional backgrounds (academia, industry, government and practitioners). Suitable areas of expertise would be water resources, WASH, wastewater, health, agriculture, poverty, garment industries, refugees, or gender. REACH is a global programme to improve water security for five million poor people in Africa and South Asia, led by Oxford University and funded by the UK Department for International Development.
