A good thought, same thing has to be done in all the countries. Now also many countries are dependent on old laws laid down decades ago. The Environmental law has to be revised at least once in 03 years (in some case much early) based on the current trend/available data. Sustainable development is the need of the hour, the big challenge to achieve is only through strict enforcement of law, political will and public participation
