Many parts of India are facing heavy loss of life and property. Nothing has been learned from Uttrakhand Floods causing heavy damage to Kedarnath temple. Govt. can arrange for hurricane warning. But Govt. did not issued advanced flood warning, due to heavy rainfall . Govt. of India and state government departments could not take action for advanced flood warning & rainfall and therefore advanced rescue measures could not be taken by the Govt. of India & state governments.. It is high time that the all the concerned union govt. and state government agencies improve the things and fulfill their duties for advance flood forecast and advanced rescue measures. If the concerning departments of the Union Govt. and the state govt. arrange for early flood warning systems and prepare the " Emergency Preparedness Manual " for each dam & city, then the loss of life and property in India can be minimized, otherwise the loss of life and property will be repeated each year. This procedure can be followed by other countries also, which faces loss of life and property each year.
