In this video, Bill Gates explains that to solve climate change, we need to get to near-zero emissions on all the things that drive it, including making building materials.

Выбросы чего? Принято считать, что углекислого газа? Это оштбка. На изготовление каждого предмета расходуется очень много воды. Использованная вода в промышленности испаряется сразу и через некоторое время из канализации с отстойников. Всей этой воде мы изменили природную функцию - лишили главного звена преобразования - движения через пищевые цепочки. Искусственные испарения превышают эмиссию СО2 в 18000 раз. Разрушился веками настроенный механизм кругооборота воды. Не СО2, а вода меняет климат.
