New multiple re-use Eco Connect Bottles® let consumers turn empties into practical items like tables, toys, storage cubes and trash bins.

The Eco Connect Bottle® System utilizes the world's first multiple-re-use, single-serve, plastic water bottle that supports the Circular Economy and Extended Producer Responsibility.
The patented system works with most brands' water bottles to help reduce the massive amount of plastic waste in our planet's landfills and waterways. Eco Connect Bottles® are efficiently manufactured with a proprietary recess in the bottle base that enables consumers to make empty bottles into structures by connecting the bottles to each other and a variety of functional connector pieces.
It's easy and fun to create an unlimited number of useful items like tables, storage cubes, desks, trash bins, toys, soccer goals, and even building insulation.
To expand the reduction of plastic waste even further, consumers, bloggers, students, environmental groups, etc., will be encouraged to share their original re-use ideas on social media. Plus, recycling messaging will be featured in all Eco Connect Bottle® System communications.
The concept is the brainchild of Steven Klein, a retired educator and the founder of the Learning Store, Ltd., a small chain of educational toy stores that specialized in playthings for children with disabilities.
According to Klein, "The Eco Connect Bottle® System will add value to empty water bottles similar to the way the smart phone added value to cell phones. I truly believe this added value will be a determining factor when consumers choose which water brand they are going to purchase.
This is a revolutionary concept that can benefit every household, and will be even more valuable in countries that do little or no recycling."
The bottles will be produced for participating water brands through an exclusive relationship with a worldwide leader in PET liquid packaging solutions with 30,000 machines installed in more than 190 countries. They can easily convert their currently operating machines to produce the proprietary Vacuum Seal Base Recess™ for the Eco Connect Bottle System.
