В данном тексте не оказалось ссылок. По информации из http://ru-ecology.info/page/00307874802712200330005000049688/ видно, что в год с суши поднимается испарениями 72000 км3 или 72 триллоина тонн воды в год. а углекислого газа поднимается 400 миллиардов тон за 100 лет или 4 миллиарда тонн в год по информации из http://www.refsru.com/referat-17732-3.html. Отсюда вычмсляем соотношение объемов и получаем эту цифру: воды больше углекислого газа в 18000 раз. Поэтому и напрашивается вывод о том, что на климат больше воздействуют водяные пары, а не СО2
