Since the climate hoax has already been exposed you may want to ignore agenda driven hoax reports.  The Australian government mismanaged their water and blamed it on a fictional event of epic proportion.  The extremely simple solution has been identified, plans made, budget rendered and all is ready.  It seems years of planning their drought now has a very low cost and good chance of rapid recovery. Shame they are preventing the simple changes to resolve the problem.  Since governments will not act responsibly I will present the plans to a farm person. They seem to be the most affected.
