Yes. Mr. Laker Room Temperature Evaporation is the only physical phenomenon which does not need any supply of external energy to separate pure water vapor from saline water, as the energy needed is supplied by cooling the bulk of saline water cooling it.
Dear Mr. Laker I can see you are carrying the flag of Norway which is a honorable country, it would be better for you to remove this flag as you are presenting an opinion of an illiterate person.
