TNO the Dutch Applied Research Organisation has developed a Multi-user Touch table for real time Urban Flood decision making.
The idea behind it is that sensors and intellectual support systems do the heavy lifting on information support. This way decisions can be made with an international group with real-time access to all data, information and communications can make the decisions together.
Now they are waiting for a major European flood.
