Hi Melissa, what software are you planning on using!! a lot of literature is software dependent. For a discussion on opensource software: http://publications.jrc.ec.europa.eu/repository/bitstream/111111111/10555/1/reqno_jrc49291_version%20approved%20by%20opoce.pdf ESRI Resources: http://www.esri.com/industries/water_resources/business/literature There are a lot of GIS books on water resource management - but have not read any so could not recommend any. http://www.crcpress.com/product/isbn/9780415286077
