The Groundwater Atlas is an innovative and user friendly approach to sharing data about Africa's groundwater resources.

This will help in the sustainable management and development of groundwater resources on the African continent. However, a lot of work still needs to be done to generate a lot more data and information that can be used to update the atlas.
