Gucci’s and Kering’s €15 million Circular Hub is a game-changer for circularity in fashion, showing how collaboration and innovation can transform entire industries. With 700+ suppliers involved, they’re proving that circularity is scalable and impactful.
Based in Tuscany hub tackles material recovery, recycling, and fiber-to-fiber technologies, aiming to create a “circular Made in Italy. The hub is fully aligned with Italy’s PNNR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), and the circular economy strategy underpinned by the EU’s proposal to achieve the 2030 emissions reduction targets[i].
What sets it apart? Gucci isn’t keeping this innovation to itself—it’s opening the platform to suppliers, partners, and even competitors to drive real, industry-wide change.
But circularity isn’t just for fashion. The water sector and other industries are also tackling big challenges like resource recovery and sustainable innovation. That’s why the Circular Economy Pavilion exists—to give a platform to companies driving change.
