The work done by Israeli scientist is praiseworthy. It may be desalination, maintaining a ground water balance, recycling and prudent use for irrigation and social forestry. This has happened due to resource constraint and  necessity. The process is from survival to excellence. I had an opportunity to study for about 3 weeks. As a Hydrogeologist, I always thought of visiting Israel for such study.
