All over the world, people engineers and architects’ are facing an increasing demand for an environmental friendly rain water harvesting filters.

With development of automated self-cleaning wisy systems act presents cutting edge technology for harvesting rain water in India.

In the following we demonstrate modern rain water harvesting technology using wisy systems in DIN standards installed in Institute of Management in Government (IMG) Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

Total catchment area of 4500 SQFT was selected for harvesting water, with an estimated 1 million water annual yield considering 3000 mm rainfall.

The complete job was monitored and guided by Mr. Fritz porchke, Research &Development - director wisy Germany.

The design and construction of the institute was done by costford. The pipelines from the catchment area were directed to the wisy filter. The filter is a
