Currently the available fresh water is 23,021 gallons per person, per day, for an average of 70 years. Hard to swallow this report when the facts are exact opposite.  To their credit the jewel of this report has brought about 2 points that can be modified. The fresh rain water amounts is only one half of the waste water. Solution is to stop government interference in natures natural cleaning abilities and mainly its capacity to erase the 2 to 1 disadvantage. An obvious 2nd action would be to use modern science to reverse drought conditions. Remember droughts do not happen on their own. Man causes the droughts he complains about.  Nature already has a wide range of options to maintain balance. Thanks to the life work of Dr Carl Oppenheimer water can be cleaned without chemicals, trash dumps can be eliminated from our culture, and crop yield, quality, size etc is the new norm.  In short grow food in any desert.  The 2 to 1 storage loss will soon be a 3 to 1 gain.  With the natural cyclical changes of our living earth the cooler weather patterns will result in fresh water becoming snow and ice. great way to build storage.
