I expect a denial of reality about water, followed by a knee jerk reactions from too many leaders. Denial sells politically because no cost is attached in near future. Then knee jerk reactions sell because they are action oriented. Sorry I sound negative on the issue, but this is a common pattern today. So, the true leaders need to prepare for the future including the said aspect of the problem. We as a people do not really have water problems, we have people problems. How people lead and how they follow. Or should I say, who leads, and who follows. Confirming my point, we have people problems, who, not what.
