Bernard, We are pretty clueless in the developed world although drought does impact, to a MUCH lesser extent, even those who don't work primarily in agriculture. We have had very bad droughts in California for many years, for example, but again, this palls in comparison to what you are discussing concerning the issue of human dignity. Thanks for writing.
