Dr Nidhi, managing interdependencies of transboundary waters is one of the human development challenges facing the international community these days. Yes it would be good to see how SDG targets are going to help solve the challenges. But if the trans boundary water is managed properly among the countries then water sector will have a very different scenario...:)
