Industrial-Scale MBR-PAC Installations

Hello people.

Does anyone know whether there are any large (industrial) scale membrane bioreactor installations (treating waste water) whose performance is enhanced by the addition of powdered activated carbon? If so, whereabouts? and what kind of waste waters are being treated?
