Veolia Reduces Operational Costs for Beverage Facility in Thailand with Biogas (Video)

Associated British Foods Thailand, makers of the beloved Ovaltine Malt Beverage in Thailand were faced with a wastewater challenge .
Relocate it's existing production facility due to space limitations for wastewater treatment or find an innovative solutions to treat it's wastewater.
Fortunately, Veolia Water Technologies were able to provide a solution which would allow the makers of Ovaltine the ability to treat it's current flow requirements, and even treat it's future flow rate requirements over the next 10 years.
In doing so, Veolia was able to drive down the operating costs significantly by sending the biogas created as a byproduct of Anaerobic Digestion to the boiler system, saving a significant amount of costly natural gas.
