Wisconsin Irrigation Scheduling Program (WISP 2012) - Part 1 Soil Water Balance

Part 1 of 2. Soil Water Balance The WISP 2012 program is a free web-based soil water management tool that uses the Check Book Method. The Check Book Method uses water inputs and outputs for the plant root zone to predict daily soil moisture levels. Water inputs include rainfall and irrigation, while outputs are plant evapotranspiration (ET) and deep drainage (drainage below the root zone).
