Optimized urban water reuse in water scarcity situations - DESSIN press release I would like to bring an output of the European research project DESSIN (Demonstrate Ecosystem Services Enabling Innovation in the Water Sector) to your attention, which is for free and which might be of interest to you. Please find attached a short article about a small footprint packaged treatment plant with a corresponding control unit that deals with the subject of sewer mining for urban reuse, enabled by advanced monitoring infrastructure. The main objectives of DESSIN are to demonstrate and promote innovative solutions for water scarcity and water quality related challenges & to demonstrate a methodology for the valuation of ecosystem services (ESS).
