1. Process flow:
(1)Pre treatment: The sewage first passes through a grid well and a regulating tank to remove large particle impurities and regulate water quality.
(2)Biological treatment: Wastewater enters the MBR reaction tank and undergoes biodegradation in the aerobic and facultative zones to remove organic matter and nitrogen compounds.
(3)Membrane separation: Microorganisms and suspended solids are retained in the reactor through membrane components to achieve solid-liquid separation.
(4)Disinfection: After disinfection treatment, the effluent meets the standard for discharge or reuse.
2. Technical advantages
(1) Efficient processing capability: MBR integrated equipment has high filtration accuracy and anti pollution ability, which can effectively remove pollutants such as ammonia nitrogen and COD in sewage, and the effluent quality is good.
(2) Small footprint: Due to the integration of membrane separation and biological treatment units, the equipment has a small footprint and is suitable for applications with limited space.
(3) High degree of automation: The equipment operates with a high degree of automation, without the need for dedicated personnel to be on duty, and only requires regular cleaning of sludge.
(4) Energy saving and consumption reducing: The new energy-saving MBR technology reduces operating costs and energy consumption, and improves the operational reliability of the system.
(5) Widely applicable: Suitable for the treatment of various types of sewage such as domestic sewage, hospital sewage, industrial wastewater, etc.
