RE: New Zealand Blue Gold Resource - Establishing a Boutique Thermal Health Resort and Spa.
This project was developed at the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic itself, - the text of the business proposals is attached below.
Unfortunately, due to epidemic restrictions, the project was put on hold.
Nevertheless, we think that it would be quite beneficial to inform a wide professional audience of the highly respected Water Network about our project for familiarization and possible interest in it.
With kind regards,
Alexander Kouzminov
New Zealand blue gold resource
Most of natural mineral waters in New Zealand originate in magma chambers, which exist miles under the Earth’s surface and which were formed by geological processes a hundred million years ago. Some of these waters are up to 50,000 years old. They have been recognised for the healing properties by Māori and the first European settles in this country many years ago.
There are 180 hot-baths and health resorts, that have been built around naturally occurring mineral springs in New Zealand, - springs which are commercially and non-commercially operated. These range from luxury mineral spas, bubbling mud and soda pools, to natural lakeside pools and historic bath-houses. Most of them are unique, naturally-occurring thermal resorts with their own mineral water resources, and their waters contain varied and unique concentrations of minerals and trace elements of therapeutic value that cannot be artificially replicated by conventional methods.
Such health resorts with natural mineral springs that have healing properties, have a very good potential for hot-bath health tourism and could bring significant economical revenue for New Zealand.
In a world emerging from the ravages of Covid-19, the demand for authentic health and lifestyle experiences is an opportunity for New Zealand. Health benefits of such facilities could also help cure negative psychological traumas, including those, which have recently affected the world population due to Covid-19 outbreak and its continued consequences.
Our New Zealand-based team of highly qualified and experienced water and health specialists have developed a prospective business proposal – Offering New Zealand’s Pure Natural Mineral Water to Promote Hot Bath Health and Therapeutic Treatment.
Please see details in the document (text) attached.

Investment in Unlocking New Zealand Hot-bath Health Tourism
Establishing a Boutique Thermal Health Resort and Spa
Dear Sir or Madam,
RE: Proposal to invest in establishing a Boutique Thermal Health Resort and Spa
Our New Zealand-based team of water and health specialists have developed a prospective business proposal – Offering New Zealand’s Pure Natural Mineral Water to promote Hot Bath Health and Therapeutic Treatment. This would be delivered through a newly established boutique thermal health resort for national and international visitors.
We propose a project, which will involve organising a boutique thermal health resort, where water is extracted from a unique geothermal natural water spring.
We have devised a business model and details of this project. This includes an investment proposal – comprising a financial model and assumptions, capital programme, value points, and organisational reviews for operators of tourism attractions.
In addition, the successful business will generate jobs and income for local communities and will strongly appeal to central and local Government and attract support from local iwi (1).
(1) Iwi (Māori pronunciation: ['iwi]) are the largest social units in Aotearoa (New Zealand) Māori society.
Our specialists have over 30 years of experience in a number of fields relevant to this venture, including: tourism and leisure, health and water sector, finance and marketing, the cultural sector, communication and brand marketing, publishing, central and local government and infrastructure development.
We also have experience in working for a variety of public and private sector clients, in areas of research, project management and business administration. In addition, we have backgrounds in planning and advisory work, large corporate practices and New Zealand government departments.
Specific experience includes geothermal natural mineral water businesses, health tourism, private and luxury projects around New Zealand and internationally, including drinking and pure water extraction and bottling, and distribution locally and off-shore.
We have conducted a research study of effects of therapeutic value and self-healing powers of natural mineral waters. Positive health effects of the geothermal water on human health have been noted for several disorders, conditions and diseases.
We have also developed a database of 180 hot-bath spas and houses, which have been built around naturally occurring springs in New Zealand, including information about their water sources and their characteristics e.g. origin, depth, combinations of natural minerals, temperature, services, etc.
Summary:
Attracting and meeting the needs of high value international visitors and New Zealand citizens, requires top-end products and experiences. Health resorts with natural mineral springs, that provide healing properties, have an enormous potential. The growth and support of the hot-bath health industry would offer significant economic advantages and augment the famous tourism reputation for New Zealand. In a world emerging from the ravages of Covid-19, the demand for authentic health and lifestyle experiences is an opportunity for New Zealand.
We are confident that you will find this proposal worth investigating further and will appreciate the opportunities this provides.
If an investor(-s) is/are interested in a foundation of a Boutique Thermal Health Resort and Spa in New Zealand, we are happy to provide our business project for consideration and endorse that with a formal presentation to those investors.
