- Christian Bréthaut (GWH) informs us that the free OSCE-GWH E-learning Course on Water diplomacy and integration of water norms in peacebuilding is now open. This online self-paced Course explores the intersection between water and peace and provides theoretical and practical tools for integrated sustainable water governance in dialogue and processes linked to conflict prevention and peacebuilding. It combines video lectures explaining topics related to hydropolitics, international water law, and conflict management, with podcast interviews with regional experts and practitioners.
