We are trying to find out solution on Mercerising Effluent generated from textile processing industry. The caustic is a major constituents along with foreign materials. The concentration of Caustic is upto 8%. People use evaporators to get its concentration upto 22% for its recycling. But the operating cost is very high due to the use of steam. Can somebody suggest us Low Operating Cost Technology for the caustic laden waste of 50 KLD ?
