Very interesting.....the purpose is to optimise & rationalise the water supply from production to distribution at tap point...while water loss detection and subsequent management continues to haunt the water supply professionals for reliable solution given the fact that: 1. Most often we don't have access to real-time as built network data 2. The pressure, discharge and type and class of pipe material is mostly unknown 3. The geo-detection, amplification and geospatial remote monitoring techniques may be helpful
