Collaborative Work for Sustainable River Management (Videos)
Published on by Juliette Cortes, Post Doc researcher at the University of Twente in Academic
Rivercare is a research programme in which the partners of NCR with several other public and private parties collaborate to monitor the consequences of measures which are now constructed in the Room for the River programme and the Delta Programme.
We are a Dutch research program that is now almost half way (2014-2019). Progress results are being published and communicated to the scientific and professional communities.
To get you up-to-speed regarding the progress, RiverCare is preparing a series of video episodes. Each episode focuses on a different aspect of river research.
Make sure the different needs are taking into account while restoring river natural processes
This is the first episode in a series of four!
Here we show how multiple actors collaborate and work together to:
- Combine the different data using advanced models to optimize river interventions
- Apply RiverCare knowledge to international case studies
For a more in-depth insight into RiverCare progress, we have prepared:
> Book of abstracts: RiverCare Knowledge Dissemination Days
