Abu Dhabi's DoE to Provide Instant Licensing for Small Businesses Focused on Innovative Technologies

Abu Dhabi's Department of Energy (DoE) is working with the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) to provide instant licensing services through Tamm, the Abu Dhabi Government Services System, Emirates news agency WAM reported.
The licensing services would be available to small energy businesses in the emirate, with the aim of facilitating the development of innovative technologies.
Tamm can provide companies with license for activities including water production, treatment and desalination, electricity generation and electricity generation by solar cells (with a maximum capacity of 50 kWp within a single facility), wastewater collection, treatment, recycling and disposal (including grey water), storage, distribution and supply of electricity and water for self-usage, supply, sale and purchase of water by tankers and the collection and disposal of wastewater by tankers.
