I am from South Africa and would like to ask tow questions please. Firstly would this application be able to be used in South Africa or is it currently just limited to USA. Secondly could this application possibly be used to determine evapotranspiration on urban landscapes where the crop is by no means uniform and areas of planting much smaller?
