Another Bulawayo Dam, Upper Ncema, has been decommissioned. The Bulawayo City Council revealed this yesterday raising concerns of the worsening plight of water shortages currently facing the city.According to city council minutes revealed yesterday the dam is only left with 2% capacity, a situation that has necessitated the move to immediately decommission it. Council Public Relations Officer Nesisa Mpofu said City council moved to decommission the dam last Thursday as council could not continue pumping water from the dam. hat do you think about this?
