Green bonds and other investments aimed at green technologies are a step towards reducing climate change. One significant aspect of the development of measures to influence the climate should be taken into account. This is our attitude to water. Water is not just a tool or a working medium, an essential element in the technological process. Water is a living organism. Water was created on Earth simultaneously and in interaction with the biota. Its purpose is to ensure all living creatures and vegetation. When it moves along food chains, it is transformed, generating new and new generations of plants and animals. Emerging from them by evaporation and transpiration, the water brings the atmosphere a new structure, new information. It was such water with moderately set volumes and rates of evaporation, and created the climate in which humanity appeared and developed. A man with his needs began to destroy food chains, plowing up land, filling it with landfills, pouring water reservoirs, paving and concreting cities and roads. 67% of the land is taken from nature and this process grows every day. Deprived of its functions, water from degraded areas, supplemented by evaporation from technological processes, rises and forms a new cycle of artificial fumes. Hence the natural disasters, and climate change and the imminently approaching universal cataclysm. Much discussion about climate change, creating projects to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other gases, developing green technologies, mankind continues to destroy the biota, taking away from the nature of new areas. A new concept is needed to return water to its natural destination. More in: https://www.omicsonline.org/open-access/climate-change-a-personal-observation-2252-5211-1000268.php?aid=88155
