What lessons can we take from this research?However where there is not enough potential sources of supplying potable water within the urban cities, reallocation of potable water from favourable rural areas becomes justifiable.But the expansion should also accommodate more rural areas not previously covered as a way of appreciating the sources.No doubt such an arrangement engenders quality relationship and security of the expansion process.
