A decade ago, I wrote to Coca and Pepsi Cola, suggesting they set up a new agency called Cola Aid which, in an event like this, would turn over their plants in the area to water production which would be delivered by the National Guard. Both replied negatively. Michelle Obama failed to acknowledge the letter.
