According to recently released research from WHO, Millenium Challenge Cirporation, WSUP, UNICEF AND EVEN Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation itself ... THERE IS NO COORELATION between better Sanitation and Health. I have first hand experience in the developing world and understand why no coorelation. WHAT DOES WORK is point if use household filtration (see WHO round II RESULTS FOR HOUSEHOLD FILTRATION). Education about better Hygiene and Clean Water from a point of use system can yield 90+% reduction in Water Borne Diseases
