Swiss’ leading clean tech company, SMIXIN AG, will present COMPACT, a highly innovative and resource-saving 2-in-1 hand wash device for public bathrooms.
The COMPACT blends the functions of both water and soap dispenser, and eliminates the need to buy faucets and soap dispensers separately.
The COMPACT will definitely be the main contributor to SMIXIN's vision to save over 10 billion litres of water by 2021, as it consumes up 90 per cent less water similar to existing Smixin products. That is, 0.1 litre per hand wash cycle in comparison with a classical faucet. SMIXIN AG also aims at installing over 250,000 systems by 2021.
Furthermore, this invention allows significant savings in soap, letting the users to utilize soap in the most controlled way, i.e., 0.5 ml of soap per hand wash cycle.
In fact, the SMIXIN technology relies on the uniquely patented "Smart Mixing Unit" which allows for an optimal mix of water, air and soap giving a feeling of pleasant hand wash while significantly saving resources. The SMIXIN hand wash systems are driven by complex electronics and touch-free technology to significantly reduce the risk of germ propagation.
The COMPACT is meant for use in large public spaces, offices and administrative buildings, allowing significant savings for building owners and facility managers.
