Mr Diouf, Very true information and i agree with Sanjay. Malawi challenge is lack of investments model in water sector and energy generation. Water and energy generation managed by private sector owned Government and it is proven that Malawian government is very poor investments. There is need such sectors to be managed by independent companies to improve water and energy sector. There is also need to have competition in the sector.
