I think Nigerian Govt has to introduce awareness raising compaigns regarding benefits of having toilets at their homes.These compaigns should be start at villages,distts,cities and collonies.Community based organization should be facilitated by the Govt to train social organizers to deliver lectures on benefits of using latrines and harmful effect of open defication.
